Since 90% of our activities are for export, our company makes its partners sign agreement before any commercial operation.

These agreements are established according to the International Trade Chamber requirements. Their objectives are to harmonize parties point of view as far as quantity, delivery conditions and terms of payment are concerned.

These measures aim to secure operations at every level, but also to create a confidence climate.

1. Quality

Our buyers are invited to inspect the goods before their shipment (FOB export).

In case the buyer can to organize a travel for that, he will resort to the services of the national and international quanlity control organizations.

Among others, we suggest services of SGS, Veritas International, les services de gestion de la qualité de divers pays africains par le biais des Ministères ayant en charge le Commerce et l'Industrie.

We supply phytosanitary certificats and other useful required documents for our products for export. So, please precise to us all the certificates you need from if you want to order goods from us

Our permanent objective is to supply goods that respect international standards as far as quality is concerned.

2. Delivery conditions

We deliver FOB, an african port.

We can sometimes deliver CAF in particular conditions or by cash payment.

3. Payment

To secure transactions, payment are by 100% against irrevocable, transferable and divisble L/C, established by a first class bank.

Other bank guarantees are studied with attention before they are accepted.

Please note that 100% payment before deliveries are welcomed.
